A breakfast treat for choco-coco lovers! A nutritious & delicious Bounty bar-inspired Sweet Potato Porridge full of vitamins & fibre is the ultimate way to mix up your breakfast routine.
- 1 ½ cup cooked white sweet potatoes, still hot
- 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¾ cup coconut milk / or other plant based milk
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
- 1-2 tsp honey/agave syrup (optional)
- 1 - 2 Tbsp melted dark chocolate
- Coconut milk
- Coconut flakes
- Place all the porridge ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve warm topped with melted dark chocolate, coconut milk and coconut flakes.
