Sunshine in a jar 🌞 This simple Mango-coconut parfait is a great way to make a breakfast more exciting, and yet they taste good enough to be used as a dessert. 😋
- Layer 1:
- Coconut yogurt
- Layer 2:
- 1 ripe mango
- 1/2 frozen banana
- Granola, shredded coconut, mango pieces
- Place your mangoes and banana in a blender and puree until smooth. Spoon a layer of yogurt into a glass. Next spoon a layer of the mango-banana puree to cover the yogurt. Repeat the layers until you get to the top of the glass. Top a glass with a spoonful of your favorite granola, sprinkle with shredded coconut and add some mango pieces at the top. Serve right away or refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
